AKEILA MCKREITH

I started Stush Caribbean Fusion as a way to blend traditional Jamaican cuisine with other cuisines from all over the world.

I'm an Island girl at heart and I realized that as a whole island cuisine can be a bit intimidating and not very pocket friendly. So I found a way to deconstruct what I grew up eating to suit the pallets of the not so experienced foodie, while challenging the pallets of a more seasoned eater.
